Notes
Theo wrote these songs with the overhead light off and the cooker light on, so he wouldn’t wake anyone. He kept them that quiet in the studio: one guitar, one voice, a room mic, and Ruth Ainslie on cello for four of them.
Nothing was fixed afterwards. If a chair creaks, it’s on the record.
